This victims list is a compilation of all organizations and countries mentioned, for which I-Soon appeared to possess some data or intended to hack. The list has been directly extracted from the document trove leaked to GitHub on February 19, 2024. All translations have been obtained from Google Translate.

We must note that these victims cannot be independently verified to the extent of their compromise and how it occurred. It serves only as a representative sample of the intended targets by I-Soon during their daily operations since 2013.
